Bring 500 ml of vegetable stock to the boil, add the millet and cover, cook over a low heat for 5-8 minutes and let it simmer for 10 minutes on the hotplate. Steam the onion in oil. Add carrots and curry, sauté and simmer for 3 min over medium heat. Add the spinach and some vegetable stock and fry until covered. Mix the millet and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Subject soy cream.
