Put the flour in a bowl. Crumble the yeast in lukewarm water and mix, then mix in the flour and gradually mix in the salt and sugar. At the same time, knead the thyme and herbs of Provence and the olive oil under the dough. Knead the dough for about 5 – 10 minutes, then cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
In time, the topping for the pizza can be completed. Peel the onion and slice very thinly on a cucumber slicer. Also peel the sweet potato and plan with the cucumber slicer. Wash the wild herbs and chop them with a knife. Halve the party tomatoes. Cut the spring onions into small pieces.
Once again knead the dough and place it on a tray lined with baking paper. If necessary, press on a small edge.
Season the tomato paste with salt, pepper and oregano and spread the dough on it. Then put the sweet potatoes, then spread the onion slices and now the herbs on the pizza. The party tomatoes and spring onions drape on it. Cut the vegan cheese into thin strips and place it like a grid over the wild herbs.
Place the plate on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven and bake at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes (circulating air: 180 ° C, gas: level 3).
When the pizza is done, let it cool a little, divide and serve.
