10 gtomato paste
10 gpepper paste

1/2 teaspoonsugar
1 1/2 tspherbs of Provence
1 teaspoonoregano
1 teaspoonpaprika
1/2 teaspoonpepper
30 gTomato (s), dried
Patty (s) (lupine patty)
8 gnutritional yeast

Wash the vegetables, clean and cut into bite-sized strips or cubes. Halve the fresh tomatoes and cut the dried tomatoes into pieces. Press the garlic. Mix the vegetables with the garlic and place on the baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes until soft.

Meanwhile, wash the rocket, spin it dry and put it aside.

Put the water in a pan, salt and cook the penne according to the instructions on the package. When they are ready, drain the noodles and set aside. Dice the lupine patty or something similar.

Mix the tomato and pepper with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, spices and some water to a marinade.

Mix the pasta with the dried tomatoes, the lupine cubes and the rocket in a bowl, add the vegetables from the oven and mix with the marinade. Sprinkle the salad with the yeast flakes before serving.
