Vegan Waffles Oatmeal and Applesauce

Healthy Vegan Waffles Bake with Oatmeal and Applesauce fast, easy waffle recipe without egg and gluten free.

Ingredients

200 g of oatmeal
200 g applesauce
350 ml vanilla soy milk
1.5 teaspoons of tartar baking powder
some oil or margarine for greasing the waffle iron

MEAT FLAKES

Finely grate oatmeal and baking powder in a blender.

SOY MILK & APPLEMUS

Mix vanilla soy milk, applesauce and ground oatmeal in a bowl.

Vegan Waffles Oatmeal and Applesauce

Preparation

Grease pre-heated waffle iron.
Bake waffles for approx. 4.5 minutes.
Not too hot (medium heat).

Sugar-free possible:
With unsweetened soymilk and applesauce without sugar, the recipe is sugar-free.
