Vegan spinach soup

Peel onions, garlic, chili pepper and ginger (I usually take a thumb-sized piece) and dice finely. Sweat ingredients in order in oil. First fry onions and garlic, then chili, ginger and curry powder.
Add spinach (not thawed), coconut milk and vegetable stock and bring to a boil. The whole thing is then cooked for a quarter of an hour over medium heat and then pureed. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
