This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Vegan spinach sauce for pasta


500 gSpinach (TK)
250 mlSoy milk (soy drink)
2 tbspSoy cream (soy cream cuisine) or oat cream
20 gFlour
1 small oneOnion (n)
1 toe / ngarlic
somethingOil or vegan margarine
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper

Cut the onion into small cubes and finely chop the garlic. Sweat in a glassy saucepan with a little oil or margarine. Add the spinach and pour the soy milk over it.

Bring to a boil and simmer until all the spinach has thawed. Stir in the flour and then purée with a blender. Add the soy cream and season with the spices. Finally, bring to a boil again. Tastes great with spaghetti.
