Vegan spinach noodles

This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Vegan spinach noodles.



1 pck.Spinach, frozen
300 gTortiglioni
250 gSoy Cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
n. B.peas
1 pinchsugar
salt and pepper

Working time: approx. 5 min. / Cooking / baking time: approx. 20 min. / Difficulty level: simple

Thaw the frozen spinach in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook pasta in time.

Once the spinach is thawed, stir in the soy cream, add the peas and simmer. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.

Mix the finished pasta with the spinach sauce.
