This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Vegan sauce tartare.
Creamy, light and deliciously fresh, this vegan version of the classic sauce goes well with many dishes and even (because we’ve tested it) on the bread. Especially for those in a hurry, this simple recipe is just right and is also five minutes before the arrival of the guests or during the commercial break as a dip for the chips.
Vegan sauce tartare

Ingredients for 1 small bowl
- 6El soya yogurt natural (unsweetened)
- 3El vegan mayonnaise
- 2Tl mustard
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Mix the soy yoghurt with the mayonnaise and mustard.
- Chop the parsley and the garlic clove and mix with the yoghurt mixture.
- Season with salt and decorate with some parsley – voilà!
