Delicious Vegan Potato and Broccoli Patties are a guarantee for vegetable-eating kids. Both the couscous patties, so these pumpkin patties and just the potato-broccoli patties love my kids.
I also find them very fast and an ideal hot meal. The seasoning can of course be modified and supplemented with your favorite herbs. It goes well with a salad, fried cheese or even a yoghurt dip. You could also use the pies as vegetarian patties for a tasty burger.
The best part is that they also taste wonderfully cold. Thus, you can also eat them for a snack or just take the leftovers on the playground the next day.
I love such versatile recipes that everyone tastes. Wonderful.
