Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the label al dente.

Drain the mushrooms. Put the tomato and rice into a saucepan, season with broth, pepper, salt, marjoram, oregano, thyme and bring to a boil.

Dice onions, peppers and dried tomatoes.

Put the pasta, vegetables and sauce in a baking dish, mix and sprinkle with vegan cheese substitute. Bake for about 25 minutes.

With “Simply V Vegan melt pleasure” the casserole tasted really great. If you want to do without finished cheese substitutes, make a yeast melt or prepare a crust of spiced nutmeg and water.
