30 gSojaschnetzel
1 teaspoonoil
1 teaspoonWhole wheat flour for tying
215 mlvegetable stock
1Pepper (s), diced
1/4 GlassAsparagus, (205 g Aptropfgewicht) or fresh asparagus
125 gVegetables, mixed, TK
7 tbspCream substitute (soy cream)
salt and pepper
Paprika powder, sweet

Working time: approx. 15 min. / Cooking / baking time: approx. 10 min. / Difficulty level: simple / calorie p. P .: about 350 kcal

Soak the Schnetzel in vegetable broth according to the instructions in the package. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and add the flour. If it blisters, add the broth and stir. Possibly. Add a little flour to achieve the desired consistency. Then add the Schnetzel, the diced peppers, the chopped asparagus (fresh boil shortly beforehand) and the mixed vegetables in the pot, stir and boil briefly. Add the cream, season with salt, paprika, basil and pepper and simmer for a few minutes.

Goes well with rice and is an ideal alternative for vegetarians and vegans who want to eat a delicious fricassee again.

The whole pot has about 350 kcal (with soy cream) and is designed for 1 – 2 people.
