8 diceTofu asian on white fermented
1 cupVegetable milk (plant drink)
1 tbsptapioca starch
Salt and pepper, whiter
onePear (s), cut in columns
200 gCake, z. Gemelli, vegan
pure water
1 handfulWalnuts, chopped

Cooked noodles Cut the shiitake mushrooms into strips and sauté in a saucepan. Add the fermented tofu, crush with a fork and distribute between the mushrooms.

Addition milk, salt and pepper and warm. Take a good time. Glaze the tapioca starch in the sauce.

Then add the pearl to the pear and the sauce. Tasting and the sauce is ready.

Spread the pie in the sauce and sprinkle the walnuts on the plate.

Tips:
The shiitake mushrooms can be used instead of mushrooms.

The fermented tofu is also referred to as “pickled tofu” or “preserved tofu” in the asiatic shop, with sharper and less spicy flavors. Fermented tofu tastes similar to Roquefort. Fermented tofu is not confused with Stinketofu!
