Cooked noodles Cut the shiitake mushrooms into strips and sauté in a saucepan. Add the fermented tofu, crush with a fork and distribute between the mushrooms.

The shiitake mushrooms can be used instead of mushrooms.
The fermented tofu is also referred to as “pickled tofu” or “preserved tofu” in the asiatic shop, with sharper and less spicy flavors. Fermented tofu tastes similar to Roquefort. Fermented tofu is not confused with Stinketofu!
