Ingredients for 1 cheese

  • ½ cup of cashew nuts
  • ⅓ mug of blanched almonds
  • 3 tablespoons psyllium husk
  • 2 tbsp vegan cream eg Joya Finesse
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast flakes
  • 1.5 tablespoons poppy
  • Salt pepper

preparation

  1. Stir the psyllium husks into 1 cup of hot water and leave to stand for 2 hours. Soak cashews and almonds in water for the same time.
