Ingredients for 200g butter

  • 150 ml linseed oil or rapeseed oil or both mixed
  • 50 g of coconut oil or who wants it taste neutral coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons soymilk (can be omitted if incompatible)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Pinch turmeric (for the color)


  1. Melt coconut oil and mix with remaining ingredients.
  2. Put in the fridge for an hour and mix again and fill in a sealable container.

The butter can be modified to taste with some salt, spices, onions, garlic, pepper …
