Ingredients

50 g dry wild rice
chickpeas
smoked tofu
salad, tomatoes, peppers
avocado
1 tsp olive oil
salt, pepper, chilli powder
25 g humus, water, lemon, salt, pepper

Vegan Buddha Bowl with Chickpea

Preparation

First cook the wild rice as usual. On the side, sauté the chickpeas sharply in olive oil and season with chilli powder. Then add the smoked tofu to the hot pan and sauté. For the dressing, dilute with a little water and season with lemon, salt and pepper. Prepare the salad as usual and serve as base for the vegan Buddha Bowl with chickpeas.
