If you are looking for a delicious Vegan Blackbean Burger, then you are in the right place. The dress rehearsal worked and friends and our kids loved the burger. And I think this brilliant vegan burger will become a favorite burger in our family during this barbecue season. I love it when it’s easy. You do not need many ingredients, just black beans, sweet potatoes, quinoa, onions, cumin and a few other spices. Your black bean burger will be really great if you serve it with guacamole and coriander.
500 g sweet potatoes
150 g quinoa
300 g black beans
60 g onions finely cut
1 clove of garlic
2-3 teaspoons of cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika
2-3 teaspoons salt
12 burger rolls
1 bunch of coriander

Vegan Blackbean Burger
First you wash the sweet potatoes and quarter them. You can peel it now or later. Then you put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, oil them a little with olive oil and cook them at 200 degrees for 30 minutes in the oven
In the meantime, prepare the quinoa after the leaflet and drain it well in a colander. The best thing to do is squeeze the water out of the quinoa with a spoon.
Then you puree half of the black beans. Then put the remaining beans, the cooked, mashed sweet potatoes, the quinoa and the spices in a bowl and mix everything carefully.
Then make 12 patties and keep cool until grilled.
The black bean burgers can either be cooked over direct heat at the highest level in a vegetable grill dish for a total of 15 minutes. In between, you should turn it carefully. If you grill them too long, they will become dry.
You can also bake the vegan burgers in the oven on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Carefully turn your burger patties with a spatula after 20 minutes.Now you put some cut coriander on the burger roll, put your patty on it and give the guacamole to the patty. Finally, a slice of tomato comes on your vegan burger.
