2 ripe bananas
300g spelled flour
50g ground hazelnuts
200g brown sugar
125ml vegetable oil (no olive oil!)
125ml of vegetable milk
15ml fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
150g nut mix
Preheat the oven to 180 ° convection .
Crush the bananas with a fork.
In a mixing bowl, the banana with vegetable milk, oil and lemon juice whisk well with a whisk. Then add the sugar.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl, then add to the liquid portion and mix.
