Ingredients

205 gmargarine
350 gFlour
8 tbspsugar
1 pck.vanilla
1 msp.baking powder
60 mlwater
2 Tea spoonscinnamon
750 gapples
2 tbspapplesauce
Fat, for the shape
Flour, for the form

Working time: approx. 30 min. Rest period: approx. 1 hr. / Difficulty level: normal / calories p. P .: about 370 kcal

Cut 125 g of margarine into pieces. Mix 200 g flour, 2 tbsp sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Margarine, 60 ml of water and the flour mixture knead smooth. Wrap dough wrapped in foil for about 1 hour.

Mix 150 g flour, 6 tbsp sugar, cinnamon and 80 g margarine to sprinkle. Refrigerate.

Quarter the apples, core, peel and cut into thin slices.

Put the dough into a greased, flour-dusted tart tin, preferably with a lift-off-bottom, roll it out in the mold and press it up about 5 cm at the edge of the mold. Then pierce the floor with a fork several times. Spread the apples on the pastry tray, heat the applesauce and brush the apples with them. Sprinkle cinnamon crumble on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top-bottom heat on bottom rail for about 40 minutes.
