5 medium-sized fresh potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1 piece of pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
Half tea cup oil
1 tablespoon of butter
3 branches of dill
Clean the potatoes thoroughly and clean with a damp cloth without stripping the skin. Using a sharp knife, cut very thinly so as not to cut. Cut the garlic very thin and put in a bowl. Add the finely chopped capers, turmeric and liquid oil and mix. Place this mixture between the potato strips.
Pour over the remaining liquid oil. Preheat at 200 degrees oven, cook for half an hour. 5 minutes before baking, sprinkle with pieces of butter and put them back in the oven. After 5 minutes, remove from the oven, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and serve without waiting.
