    1 bunch of asparagus
    2 cups of apple cider vinegar
    2 teaspoons rock salt
    1 teaspoon of chili peppers
    1 teaspoon allspice
    1 cinnamon stick
    1 lemon (Sliced)
    3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
    1 coffee cup extra virgin olive oil-

    Pickled Asparagus


    After cleaning the asparagus, stand in cold water for 1 minute. Then boil in boiling water for 1 minute. Lastly, transfer to ice water and leave for 1 minute. Filter and place on an edge for later use.
    Transfer the apple cider vinegar, rock salt, flake pepper, allspice and cinnamon stick into the saucepan. Boil a few boilers and remove them from the stove.
    Place asparagus side to side with a high jar. Pour the vinegar mixture you boiled. Then place the sliced lemon and garlic pieces. Pour the last olive oil. Close the jar lid. After 3 hours, your vinegar asparagus is ready.
