I love Brownie. Perfect Vegan Brownie is a real treat – a bit sinful and simply delicious. If he is still vegan then the bad conscience can take a break! When a friend comes to visit, I make a brownie 🙂
150 g of flour
50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
200 g of sugar
200 ml of cold water
1 teaspoon of soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mark a vanilla pod
5 tablespoons of neutral oil (e.g., sunflower oil)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Icing sugar for dusting
Biscuit bottom or springform (Ø ca. 23 cm)
Perfect Vegan Brownie
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (top and bottom heat). Coat the baking pan with vegetable margarine.
In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar and salt. It is best to sieve flour and cocoa powder first so that all the lumps dissolve.
In a second bowl mix water, oil, vanilla and vinegar. Gradually add the water-oil mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with a blender to a smooth dough. If the dough is too lumpy, add some more water.
Pour the dough into the baking pan and pass it smoothly. In order to dissolve all air bubbles, you drop the mold a few times on the work surface with a distance of 5 cm. Approximately Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cake topping bounces slightly when touched.
Allow to cool, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy it neat or with fruits, e.g. with cherries.
