Nut almond cake, easily prepared with the ingredients in the house, was indispensable on the weekends.

120 gcane sugar
100 gNuts, chopped
100 gAlmond (s), chopped
250 gFlour (spelled or wheat wholegrain)
220 mlOil (sunflower, peanut or rapeseed oil)
200 mlSoy milk (soy drink)
4 tspbaking powder
1 teaspooncinnamon
Fat for the mold

Working time: approx. 15 min. / Difficulty level: simple

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Put the dough in a greased tin box.

Bake in preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 45 minutes.

Tips: Originally in the recipe 250 g of margarine instead of oil. But since most margarines are not vegan, I replaced it with oil.
I also like to add 3 or 4 small plates of 70% chocolate (Hofer) or rub a large boskoop into the dough (but then use a little less soymilk).
