250 gsmoked

1Garlic cloves)
450 gSpinach, chopped
1 canTomatoes, lumpy
400 mlcoconut milk
1Pepper (s), red
1Pepper (s), green
2Carrot (n)
2 tbspsoy sauce
2 TL, heapedbasil
2 TL, heapedthyme
1 teaspoonturmeric
1 tsp, heapedcurry
1 tbsp, heapedvegetable stock
salt and pepper
250 gLong grain rice

Cut everything before small.

Heat the garlic oil in the wok and fry the tofu. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Fry the onions and garlic, add the spinach. Slide everything to the side or keep in a bowl.

Add the coconut milk and tomatoes to the wok and simmer with the peppers and carrots. Now add soy sauce, basil, thyme, turmeric, curry, vegetable broth, salt and pepper and cook for one hour. Put the tofu and spinach in the sauce.

Cook the rice. Then add the boiled rice to the vegetables and fold. Put the lid on and let everything pass through again.
