45 g. oatmeal

20 g. soya granules

160 ml
Soy milk (soy drink)

2 port.
Fruits of your choice, eg B. 1 banana, 0.5 cup blueberries

1 tsp, heaped linseed

1 Vanilla pod (s), the marrow thereof, possibly.


Working hours: about 3 minutes

Rest time: about 8 hours

Roughly weigh the oatmeal, soya granules and flaxseed with a kitchen scale. It gets better, if you take more oatmeal. Here, pithy or tender-leaved flakes are best. Then weigh the soy milk on the scales approximately. Sometimes I also add the marrow of a vanilla pod.

Let the whole soak overnight, while the grain absorbs the soy milk almost completely.

Slice a banana in the morning and add the blueberries and serve.

The fruit can be varied according to preference. But bananas make things even creamier.
