A wonderful appetizer Hamsi Sipari.

• 4 tomatoes
• 250 g spinach
• 1 bunch of dill
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1 glass of white wine vinegar
• 1 cup water
• 1 kg anchovy
• 1 lemon juice
• Salt
• Thyme

1 – Peel the cube and sliced the tomatoes and thin greens, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sauté. Add salt, thyme, white wine vinegar and water and boil.
2- Clean the anchovies and remove the fillet. Very light flour and lemon juice on it. Roast the remaining olive oil and place in an oven dish. Pour over the vegetable mixture and cook in pre-heated 175 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
