5-6 slices of stale pita-2 eggplants-2 pieces of pumpkin-2 red peppers-2 tablespoons olive oil-For service:Yogurt-Tomato sauce-

Grilled Vegetables with Pita
Place your cube chopped pita in a baking tray and place very little olive oil on it. If you wish, you can sprinkle spices on your pita according to your taste.
Set the oven to 200 degrees and fry the cakes until crispy.
Peel the eggplant and zucchini in the way you like. Sliced vegetables olive oil. Fry either side of the toaster or grill pan.
Serve your grilled vegetables with yogurt and tomato sauce with your croutons.
