Eggs and cream cheese are the main ingredients for this breezy low carb flat bread: Gluten Free Cheeseburger. Delicious not only for burgers, but also delicious for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients

For 4  portions

3 eggs (size M)
100 g double cream cheese
1 tsp, cooked baking powder
salt
baking paper
2 red onions
1 clove of garlic
400 g ground beef
1 tsp mustard
pepper
1 tbsp oil
4 leaves of romaine lettuce
1 tomato
2 gherkins (glass)
some chives
4 tablespoons yogurt salad cream (gluten-free)
4 slice (about 20 g each) Gouda

Preparation

Separate eggs. Stir egg yolk and cream cheese. Sauté the baking powder and stir in well. Beat the egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff. Pour egg whites in portions under the egg yolk mass.

Place mass with a tablespoon in 8 blobs on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 150 ° C / circulating air: 125 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 25 minutes.

Peel onions and garlic. Finely chop 1 onion and garlic. Knead the hack, mustard, onion cubes and garlic. Season with just under 1 tsp. Salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Form to 4 flat minced beefsteaks. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan. Roast minced steaks in each side for 5-6 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean and wash lettuce leaves. Cut the remaining onion into rings. Wash tomato and slice. Slice gherkins. Wash chives and cut into fine rolls.

Let protein sandwiches cool slightly. Serve 4 loaves with salad, chopped steak, Gouda, tomato, pickled cucumber, onion rings, salad cream and chives. Put the rest on the bread.
