Wash the broccoli, clean and divide into bouquets. Peel the stems and cut into bite-sized pieces as well. Wash the peppers, core them and cut into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces or slices.
Bring some salted water to a boil in a shallow pot. Add the noodles, they should just be so covered with water and give on it the broccoli pieces. Cook everything gently until the noodles are cooked (see instructions on the packaging). Approximately 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time also put the pieces of pepper in the pot. Make sure that the water is not completely overcooked, add some boiling water if necessary.
Let the pasta-vegetable mixture cool a bit with the lid of the pot open. Then mix with the aioli salad cream and the tomatoes in a salad bowl.
The salad should now go through at room temperature for about an hour. Carefully mix again and season to taste with salt and other spices.
Of course, if you prefer paprika raw, you can also add it to the salad.
For non-vegans, you can mix a hard-boiled egg cut into small pieces.
