Ingredients for 1 Bowl

  • 2 bananas in pieces (frozen in summer)
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 heaped EL Aronia powder

toppings

  • fresh berries
  • Hemp seeds or sesame
  • coconut flakes
  • cocoa nibs
  • nuts
  • Poppy

preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the toppings well, place in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with toppings to your heart’s content and spoon.
