Ingredients for 30 balls

  • 70g dark chocolate
  • 50g vegan butter
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 100g ground hazelnuts
  • 20ml agave syrup
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

preparation

  1. Grate the dark chocolate and mix with the vegan butter. The butter may be softened at room temperature beforehand. Add all other ingredients and wrap in a cling film. Cool for about two hours. Then separate finger-thick pieces and shape into small balls.
  2. Tip: The balls can be rolled in grated coconut or in the ground almonds or hazelnuts.
