Ingredients

100 gGround hazelnuts
175 gsugar
175 gmargarine
1 pck.Pudding powder, vanilla
1 pck.baking powder
1 msp.cardamom
1 msp.ground cloves
1 teaspoonground cinnamon
4 tbspcocoa powder
Half panelChocolate, with chili, grated
Half panelChocolate, bittersweet, roughly chopped
1 teaspoonLemon zest, grated
1 msp.Star anise, ground
100 mlWater, depending on how moist the cake should be
1 shotrum

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix carefully, then more strongly.
Put into a greased gugelhupf mold and leave for 50-60 min. to bake. Check with a toothpick, nothing hangs, the cake is ready.

Tip: Those who like it even more chocolaty, give the cake a chocolate icing.
