A Chinese beef stir-fry pan tastes delicious. Crunchy vegetables and tender meat with a Far Eastern touch.


200 g beef fillet
200 g of broccoli
200 g mushrooms
2 carrots
2 cloves of garlic
1 chili pepper
4 tablespoons organic soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil

Chinese vegetable pan with beef strips


Wash the beef fillet and dry with a kitchen cheesecloth, then cut into strips • Clean the mushrooms, cut off the dry ends of the stems and slice the mushrooms • Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips with the peeler.

Wash the broccoli, drain and cut the florets from the stalk • Peel the garlic and chop finely • Wash the chili pepper, cut in half and remove the seeds and partitions • Finely chop the chili pepper.

Heat the sesame oil in the wok and sauté the beef filet. • Add the garlic and chilli and sauté. • Add the carrots, broccoli and mushrooms and roast. • Add the soy sauce to the pan with beef strips and season with salt and pepper.
