2 teaspoons of chilli powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp turmeric
50 g of yeast (nutrient yeast)
1/2 lemon juice
Cheesy Potato and Broccoli Soup
Steam the broccoli in the instant pot with approx. 230 ml of water on a sieve for 3 minutes in the manual program. Then let the pressure escape and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients – except for the broccoli, the nutrient yeast and the lemon juice – in the instant pot and cook in the manual program for 10 minutes. Then let the pressure escape naturally.
Mix everything, then add the nutrient yeast and the lemon juice and mix again quickly. Now add the broccoli and serve hot.
