The Baked Crispy Ravioli is a taste that I like very much. Both easy and very tasty and flashy.

Will be indispensable for your healthy dinner.

For the pulp
• 3 cups flour
• 1 cup of warm water
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon of salt

For the above
• 4 cups of hot broth
For internal mortar
• 250 g minced meat
• 1 onion
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
• 1 teaspoon zahter
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For service
• 1 cup strained yogurt
• 2 spoonful butter
• 1 tablespoon dry mint

Take the flour to the kneading dish for the dough. Open the middle part of the pool and add eggs and salt. Add the warm water slowly and knead until a smooth dough is obtained. Cover the dough with stretch film and let it rest for 30 minutes. Separate the frozen dough into 4 equal cloths. Take each cloth onto a lightly floured worktop and open it with a roller and cut it into square pieces. Minced for the inner mortar, grated onions, salt, black pepper, chili peppers and a large bowl into the bowl and knead. Take small pieces of mortar and place on manti paste. Bring together the two corners of the dough and prepare the ravioli with the middle part open. Index the ravioli into oiled portioned stew pots. Cook in a preheated 180 degree oven until they are red. Bring the hot meat from the oven and pass them over so that they are warm again. Whisk the filtered yogurt into a bowl for service. Anger the butter in a little saucepan. Add the mint and mix and remove from the stove. Take the mushrooms out of the oven and serve the yogurt and mint butter to serve warm.
