This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Baby Artichokes.
10 shallots (peeled)
Half a glass of extra virgin olive oil
12 baby artichokes
1 tea cup of rice (Washed and drained)
1 tea cup of water
Glass of orange juice
Half a lemon juice (to rub the artichokes)
1 bunch of fresh onions
3 sprigs of fresh mint
3 branches of dill
Incubate the onions with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan for at least 5 minutes. Place the artichokes in the pot. Sprinkle the rice into the saucepan. Pour the juice and orange juice in half of the artichokes. Sprinkle the salt and powdered sugar and cook for 5 minutes on high heat, then turn down the fire. After 20 minutes, open the lid of the saucepan and add the chopped onion. Close the lid of the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.
When the artichokes are cooked, place them in the serving dish from inside the pot. Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves and dill on artichokes. Serve after cooling.
