Crush the pulp of the ripe avocado with a fork. Add the brown soy sauce. Mix everything and season with pepper.
A little tip: As long as the core is in the spread, the avocado cream does not turn brown. But this is not so relevant in the brown soy sauce, makes my judgment, noticeable if the core is left to serve in the cream.
