Green or red. The Apple Smoothie is great.
My recipe is slightly different, I have dried fruits and nuts.
1 tbsp of fine oatmeal
1 tablespoon of ground hazelnuts or almonds
2-3 soft dried apricots or dates, gutted, in pieces
1 apple, in pieces
a few drops of lemon juice
Mix all ingredients with a hand blender or blender, place in the bottle and keep refrigerated. Shake well before drinking.
