Almond banana chocolate cake

Yummy almond banana chocolate cake light and satisfying alternative. Kids love it too.


225 gFlour
3 tspbaking powder
2 Tea spoonsvanilla sugar
80 gsugar
100 gDark chocolate, vegan
100 mlOil, tasteless
200 mlSoy milk (soy drink), or rice, almond, spelled, oat milk
70 gAlmond (s), chopped
3Banana (s)
150 gDark chocolate, vegan, to decorate


Working time: approx. 15 min. / Cooking / baking time: approx. 30 min. / Difficulty level: simple

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top / bottom heat.

Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and sugar in a bowl. Heat the oil, vegetable milk and dark chocolate together in a pot on the stove until the chocolate has melted. Then pour the mixture into the bowl with the flour mixture and stir with a whisk.
Cut the bananas into small pieces and fold into the mixture with the chopped almonds.
Grease the baking tin and add the mass.
Bake the cake for about 30 minutes in the oven. Then let it cool and cover with chocolate sauce or dust with icing sugar.
