Ingredients for 1 plate
- 1 pack of vegan puff pastry (eg spelled whole grain)
- 1 pack of soy vanilla dessert or self-cooked vanilla pudding eg from Biovegan
- some soymilk for painting
- Strawberries or other fruits
- optional: Biovegan chocolate hearts
- Cut the dough into even squares. Put a few spoonfuls of pudding in the middle and fold in the corners. Ev. on top of that, add a spoonful of pudding.
